A few words about me – Stefanie

I see beauty everywhere, I love to shape things – rooms (Vastu), the garden, clothing, flowers, craft. I like being self-sufficient, using all of my abilities and creating out of myself.
The statement “beauty is vital” touches me deeply. Seeing beauty is a form of perception. I can almost go out of my mind with happiness when I see the beauty of nature. The smallest flower, the sunset, the sea, the mountains, the sky at every time of day and in every kind of weather.
What I do, I do with intensity. I love giving myself over completely to a task. I like to sing and to dance, I love yoga and meditation. I love breathing consciously and I love accompanying people as they come into awareness.
I forget time when I dive into a task. I like creating good results. I love finding good words for what I want to express. I want my being on this earth to make a difference, to contribute something so that we preserve our home, Mother Earth, and live well with one another. Above all, that first of all takes awareness. That is what I strive for, anew each day and a little more each day. Conscious breathing and pausing in everyday life are, for me, two essential pillars for coming into awareness and staying there as long as possible.
I love lightness, perceiving life always with a pinch of humour and laughing wholeheartedly, gladly and lovingly at myself as well. I take good care of myself and pay attention to my needs. Good, mainly vegan food from fresh ingredients is the way of eating I have recognised as mine.
I am a very sensitive, empathetic person. Above all I let myself be led by my intuition. I love encounters with depth and intensity. I love listening in conversation and giving my full attention. I always want to reach the core. I am passionately interested in us human beings, in what makes us happy and in what keeps us from it.
That is how I experience the partnership with my beloved husband Clemens; I savour every second of our togetherness.
With this intensity and love I am the mother of two wonderful young grown-up sons.
I am full of gratitude for everything that flows to me.
