Meditation

Don’t rack your brains over things you cannot change — meditate instead. Meditation is a wonderful technique in which you turn your concentration, your attention, inwards, with the intention of perceiving your own body, your own thoughts and your feelings neutrally. Out of this neutral perspective of perception comes a small but decisive shift in your awareness of your own identity, because everything you are able to perceive cannot be you yourself. With that, your attention turns towards your true self and your awareness of your true self grows stronger. In this meditative state your body relaxes. Thoughts and feelings settle. You cleanse your mind and your subconscious and connect with your heart, with your soul. There are many methods for entering a meditative state, for example in silent mindfulness, with mantras, with the help of particular points of concentration, with postures and so on.

Give it a try: don’t hesitate meditate.
